Translucent Loose Powder is the last step that makes the rest of your face behave. SeneGence describes it as talc-free and says it absorbs oil and gives a soft-focus finish. It also says it can set, highlight and contour, which is why it comes in more than just the one translucent shade. Think of it as the step that keeps shine and creasing in check.
